Responsible for all requested client product photography. Interact with art director to provide photography complimentary to design goals.
Employ a variety of lighting equipment–hot lights, small strobes, variable power monolights–and a variety of light modifiers–gobos, diffusion/reflector panels, light tents.
Work has been published nationally in campaigns for New Balance sneakers, Dunkin’ Donuts, Symmons faucets, and Cape Cod Potato Chips. Advertisements published in Sports Illustrated, Oprah Magazine, Runners World.

- IT Manager
10/2004 - Present GoBig Branding Inc., Needham, MA
Manage all IT related aspects for a branding and design studio, including end user support, training of creative applications, email and FTP, and operating systems. Coordinate company-wide hardware and software purchases, as well as upgrades to company and client tools (marketing tracker, client extra-net upload site).
Maintain all service contracts, onsite and offsite voice and data services, file, web, and email hosting. Implement color management to reduce overhead and a standard file storage and naming scheme to increase employee efficiency and effectiveness.
Authored ‘Recommended Practices’ guide to accelerate the training of new employees, consolidated all prior files to a series of RAID drives to avoid data loss, and implemented a backup strategy that encompassed all servers, desktops, and laptops.
Oversaw the complete reorganization of the company office, resulting in a larger usable space for comping of projects, increased capacity for employee workstations, and a new showcase for company work. This simultaneously established space for an in-house photographic studio.

Co-ordinated operations of ground and in-flight crews for a total of five ‘on-time’ flights a day. Provided front line customer service while assisting in de-boarding and boarding of passengers.Ensured the proper provisioning of in-flight snacks and refreshments, the unloading, and loading of passenger baggage and, finally, the completion all necessary flight crew paperwork.
Nominated as employee of the quarter. Was featured in Southwest Airlines television commercial as recognition for contributions, and was the ‘go to’ employee for problematic/time constrained flights.
